Mandate™

Privacy

This policy covers the public Mandate™ file edition provided by danny griffin. Updated 21 October 2026. Questions: dannygriffin@yahoo.com.

Your project storage

Project working data is processed and kept in your browser profile. Saved project files are kept wherever you save them on your computer. This edition does not create project databases, file uploads or project downloads on Mandate's hosting service. Browser working copies are not encrypted by Mandate and are accessible to someone with access to that browser profile. Clearing browser data may remove them.

Saving in ChatGPT

Save project asks the host to save directly when available. Otherwise it sends the complete project file, including history and global standards, to the current conversation. ChatGPT uses its file tools to write and check a copy, then returns a file link. This needs an assistant turn and available file tools. A Save requested status is not confirmation that a file was written. ChatGPT handles the conversation and saved files under its own policies. Mandate's server receives no file bytes and keeps no copy. This edition does not offer ChatGPT Library saving.

Using ChatGPT

When you use Mandate inside ChatGPT, the selected project's requirements, enabled standards and existing engineering scopes are supplied to ChatGPT as app context. Requested proposal actions send their input text and a browser working-copy reference through our Cloudflare Worker for validation and delivery. The Worker returns an action; your browser applies it. It does not retain a project copy or provide cloud backup. Do not put passwords or secret keys in project text.

Providers

Cloudflare delivers the app and processes tool requests. ChatGPT processes the conversation and attached app context. Their request, security and account records are governed by their own policies. Mandate does not log project bodies or tool input bodies, use analytics trackers or sell project information.

Your control

Keep or delete your own project files and clear local working data through your browser settings. We cannot recover local projects or delete copies held by your ChatGPT account. Those account controls belong to ChatGPT.
